With Great Power Comes Great Responsibilities.
I've been trying to post to LJ for the past few days with what would have been extremely insightful and witty posts...just like always, but now I've actually managed to break through and get LJ to work, I've realised I don't actually have much to say today.
So instead, have a drawing of the new Spiderman.
I did this in a normal biro and a gel ink biro. About half way through I realised this was a stupid idea because biros aren't great for colouring in. And that's when I started to scribble...you can probably see where that happened...
In other news...I keep pulling my shoulder. It's just stupid and annoying. I haven't rode in over a month...well, no, that's a lie, I rode about a week ago, made my shoulder, neck and arm hurt more and came to the conclusion that I'm an idiot who needs to learn when enough is enough. I don't think the horses have been worked properly for about 6-8 weeks now because of one thing or another. Obviously they've not been suck in a stable, they've been out grazing or been lunged or lead out for a walk, but they've lost muscle and tone and just look 'unworked' which sucks. Not that I'm going to make a big deal out of this because they're healthy and me not being injured is more important than my horses looking 'in work'. I keep telling myself that anyway.
OH, Dutch the guinea pig had her baby.
It's so bloody cute. It just runs around being happy and squeaking and purring all day.
Aaaannnd during the course of writing this post, I've discovered that LJ is not totally back. I'm still having problems replying to comments on my journal and making new comments on certain friend entries. Get yo' shit together ElJay. >:|
