Life is good
Well the subject sums it up. I haven't updated in a few months so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I love my job! It's a lot of fun and I really like my coworkers. But unfortuantely I am never happy! I don't make enough $$ to support my habits (haha) so I am on the semi-search for a new job. Mike says there's an opening at his company, something in their customer service department that starts at 40 grand so I'll be all over that once my resume is updated haha.
Things are going really well for me and Mike. It's almost been a year and a half and we're still getting along really well, etc. He totaled his car over the weekend. Thank God for 2 things...seatbelts and driving alone. Had he not had his seat belt on or had anyone been with him, there'd be a whole different story to tell. Basically he slid on something (salt maybe..not too sure), spun around, and wrapped around a telephone pole. He's fine, just some scratches and stuff, but the car is not fine. He's still waiting to hear back from the insurance company. I can only imagine what a mess it's all going to be.
Also I finally got the Louis Vuitton that I've been yearning for (since all I use LJ for anymore is purse discussion haha). I did one of those freebie sites and got a Speedy 30. I love it! The size is perfect for me since I always carry around my life. I will eventually take pictures (not like anyone hasn't seen one before) . Now I am anxiously awaiting my tax return to see if the gift worth over $600 thing effects them. We shall see!
