I watched the end of Madoka, finally -- I assumed with Madoka's wish that it was constructed not to totally destroy history, because let's face it, every time a time traveller steps on the wrong ant ten thousand years ago, etc etc, and having seen Cleopatra and so forth, Madoka had to know that reversing the entire thing would just end badly. So it made sense to me.

With the ending with Homura, I sort of assumed that since they implied she was the only person left fighting evil, maybe she was travelling through time to beat up all the demons? IDK. The ending left me vaguely baffled. After crying bucketloads of tears. I don't even know whether Kyouko died or not, or what really happened with Sayaka. Or what's with adult!Madoka. Maybe she and Homura will be reunited one day in the future. *g*

Also, agreed re: Walpurgisnacht. I hope the comics explain that, or something.
