I was going to be like OMG YOU CRAZY about the fact that you're playing four games enough to blog about them, but then I thought about it and went, well, currently you're playing FFXII, Ace Investigator (or whatever the English name for Gyakuten Kenji will be) and Dissidia FF and you started Sigma Harmonics, Crisis Core and FFCC:EoT (... wait. WHY ARE ALL THESE GAMES SQUEENIX???) so you've hardly got room to talk, have you?

I'm putting aside the ones I've just started for now, though. Too much crazy otherwise.

... Although seriously, what is with the Squeenix games? I only just finished FFXII:RW and Chocobo Fables 2, even! Oh my god, I need to go find another developer's games to play. orz

Oh yeah, btw, you don't need to be jealous of Tales of VS just yet, it seems it needs firmware 5.55 to play and there's no customware that advanced yet, which means not only can I not play an iso of it, if I bought it I wouldn't be able to play it without disabling my ability to play other isos. D:

PS: You played the beginning of Dissidia, didn't you? Is it just me/my iso or did the load times drive you BATTY? SO MANY TRANSITION SCREENS. SO SLOW.

Well, you also have to remember, I can blog about a game after playing 20 minutes of it and come up with a surprising amount of words to say about it. XD And, oh, you started FFCC:EoT? How is it? (Seriously, what's with Square putting out all these awesome games?)

I just-- I really need to get some of these finished before 358/2 comes out and before DQIX comes out, because I know I'll get sucked into both of those. (Though, I might wait and see if an undubbed version of the KH one comes out, because I imagine it will.)

I've been reluctant to play Dissidia, because it says I need to update the firmware to 5.55 and I think I remember seeing that that one couldn't be changed yet? I'm trying to wait until I finish playing CC to see which way I want to go--I'm leaning towards just doing it because, hell, I don't really have that many PSP games I want to play. *still torn*

You make a fair point there. But you've made several blogs about all 4 of those games, so you're keeping them rolling to at least some extent!

And I can understand wanting to get stuff finished, yeah. It is an urge that drives me also... there's too much awesome! *flail* (And yet, here I am trolling impatiently to learn about the upcoming awesome. I can see why there's a theory that the age of computers/information is basically improving the ability to multitask but destroying any hope of concentration.)

You don't need 5.55, otherwise *I* wouldn't be able to play it. 5.55 only came out the other month, way after Dissidia. I don't think there are even any games in English yet with that problem-- the only one I've wanted to play and run into a wall over was Tales of VS. orz

We also have no willpower about not picking up more shiny things, don't we? orz I know I shouldn't pile more onto my plate, I know I'm already feeling overwhelmed, but... shiny things!! And, yeah, I really, really find that to be true--I can multitask like a fiend, but it takes a lot of effort to actually focus and get stuff done. This is why I can't watch anything on the computer hardly, I'm always itching to go check the flist or my mail or whatever.

I swear it was 5.55 that came with the Dissidia disc, since Dissidia only JUST came out in English. A friend pre-ordered it for me, so I got it shipped out as soon as it was available, so it makes sense that the English version would require it, I think?

Well, you can try it out first? I mean, if it needs you to upgrade you'll get an error message, no sense in upgrading if you don't have to. I haven't seen anyone bitching about it on the English forums, though, and I was searching for problems with games needing 5.55 in English so you'd think I would've?
