I'm officially obsessed with Becker/Jess. I don't know how it happened, but here we are! I wanted to do something that would go into the way Becker might feel the need to keep everyone, and especially Jess, at a distance because of everything that's happened and everyone that's been lost. I settled on this song because I thought the idea of it being "safer to hate her than to love her and lose her" worked really well. I also assume that Becker had previously had feelings for Sarah which is why she is wrapped up in his feelings for Jess in my vid more than anyone else.
