In honor of Day One of The Chicken Experiment in '06, I decided to change my userpic. The 182 chickies are here and cute as can be! Three weeks from now I'll be cursing their very souls, but right now I love them to bits. Mike named one Alfred. Which chick is actually Alfred is hard to say, but a nice gesture nonetheless.
In other exciting Rebecca news, I got a haircut. It is short. She even chopped a chunk off before the washing bit. Pictures to follow.
Back to lab meeting powerpoint making time. The true science is trying to fill up a 45 minute meeting with failed experiments and yet make the boss think amazing and exciting things have been accomplished in these last six weeks.
