Weekend
my weekend was quite eventful.
I came home and was there for about 30 minutes because at 7 I had an engagement with friends + the viewing of Aleyda's baby girl. WEll, turns out Elaina was a bit yellow so they kept her at the hospital a bit longer...we couldn't see her and give her the cute gifts :( I heard from Henry yesterday that she is ok now...so wee. I still had fun hanging out with the gang. This time Darlene, Denys, and Irasema were in the mix....those girls laugh loud...hehe I missed Darlene. We used to ALWAYS play together when we were little. Good times. *window screen* awww... anyway...after we ate tacos, which were delish!, we went to get some raspas....I got the Red Devil...oh so sweet and sour...not enough pickles though....never enough pickles...i love pickles. WE went back to Julies and just talked and talked inside cars b/c it was cold. Then my friend Mario joined us. He looked quite cute. There's a funny story with him and denys...heh he pretty much avoided her completely and now she thinks he's gay. Heh..anyway..nuff bout that
the next day was fun as well....I called Chitaroo to see what she was doing and a guy answers the phone...I think the voice sounds familiar but I don't know who it is...I pretty much say that I was calling for Chita and the guy says "Gosh Becky you don't recognize my voice?" heh...I then knew it was Mikey. I KNEW IT WAS YOUR VOICE! anyway...they were in San Isidro eating at Patty's....Mmm...anyway...Chita told me to go to the track meet with her and I said alrighty...she brough Mikester so woo...
I went to Cheeter's place and she got dressed and we took off to the track meet..it was a typical meet, kids running....kids doing strange warm up routine's...and angry mothers screaming at their children to win..."Gooooo ERICAAAA!!!! GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" man that mom was scary. Kids were falling left and right....hehe...funny! Mikey and I ate Road Kill and Sour Patch Kids....btw, you so cheated on that experiment of ours! YOu bit it!
It was fun, then we went to McDonalds to eat, hung out, laughed, chilled, and the like. Mike said he didnt have a curfew he just had to be home "early" well, apparently 11 wasn't early...whoops...so we jetted back to his place...good times. We tried something new, boy was it dangerous! But boy was it fun! Glad you got home safe Mikester...I got a bit of a scolding when I got home...
Mom:"Crees que estas en Edinburg y te mandas sola?"
Me: Yea. *shrugs and walks away*
ha!
The next morning she opens my door and gives me a huge hug and invites me to eat breakfast at Denny's....I'm so tired so i say no thanks, she gets mad again...heh. LOVE YOU MOM!
My Sister, Mom, and I saw Beauty Shop today early in the afternoon. Good movie...so many gorgeous black beauties...and the guys....oh yes, the guys...I highly recommend it!
The San Isidro prom is coming up pretty soon...a little less than a month from now....I'm almost fully ready. I am really excited about this prom....more so than all the other proms...I don't know why. I'll ponder on that for a bit and find out later. But yeah, I'm so anxious...I know it'll be great and that I'll have a wonderful time. I hope Cheeters has that party the day after...that'd be neat. Alrighty....Daniela's calling me...I think I've caught you guys up.
