dream
about an hour ago i woke up from a horrible dream. i was just trying to get a half hour of sleep, and it's like my subconscious was lying in wait for me to just close my eyes, and then spring this nightmare on me. maybe that's why i didn't want to go to sleep, because i knew i would have something bad about it. i don't want to relay the details, but here's the setting of the dream. it was almost cruel, how ironic the scene was considering what was happening:
warm day, late late spring, slightly windy, almost tropical environment, with vibrant colors.
walking along a river, then running, and then running back along it.
through some crazy door, and then into a private room.
then, a casino???
yeah, that's it.
this is eating me away.
