So. i still love that beowulf opener. and beowulf. i didn't go to class thursday, and have never ever skipped so i could study or do homework, but somehow everyone assumes i did. i've always freak out about tests, but always end up just biting the bullet. it's one thing that really gets to me when people do it; like rumbut, although i guess i'm okay with him: he's just hopeless. that's why i was so angry when julie did it. so then swim meet friday. goggles filled up every event but it was defnitely my favorite meet ever. just so much fun, i like the girls better when the boys aren't there, reaffirming my thoughts on all-girls schools. i also dropped 2.9 seconds on my 100 breast (1:25 and change, still not great but getting there), which surprised mr. sahms, who told me today i might actually go to preps if i can get my time down. for those of you who don't swim, 2.9 seconds is pretty good, especially since i haven't made 1:28 since the last meet last season. YES! so anywho, valentine's day dance sucked major lollies, and then SNOW!! the only people who actually went to the abbey for chruch from outside a quarter-mile radius were my family. i wore camoflauge and two pants pants to church. apparently there was a stir among the freshmen girls in their ugg and skirts. oh well.
boat race today, most satisfying. then fun time with margaret (see her entry). i edited the portsmouth abbey wikipedia file that zack made to make it a bit more colorful, and perhaps apt. search for it is you want, although i think you'll only understand it if you went to the abbey, and only all of it if you are a senior there. for those not in the loop, look at the bottom, zid is zack, grid, grady, and findlius, my bro. i have another two years to write about, including the onset of the head boy, our hero conor the barbarian, and the downfall of zid's clutches on the radio station, passed on to me. i need a nickname for myself now.
