Third time is a charm
Last night was awesome!
I had so much fun getting ready with everyone over in River Club. That's DEFINATELY the way to do it... Doing your hair alone is just no fun! I turned myself into a girl for the night, then it was off to the Hilton.
There was tons of parking by downtown, so all worries of walking 15 miles were worthless. of course my shoes decided they were hungry and ate my feet, so that wasn't much fun, but oh well. Everyone looked SOOOO pretty! I can't wait to see pictures (cough cough Liza) of us! The formal was pretty great. Dinner was nice, the set up there was good, the slideshow was funny. All in all, a success! Desert was an orgasm in a little chocolate bowl... Seriously. The only thing that would make it better is a hot boy in the middle of it :-D I think it is inevitable that things get a little boring during the awards for dates, but we all survived it. Everyone who won awards deserved it, congrats to all!
Once the dancing started, our drinking began. We dipped out to hit the bars. My fake ID making skills proved successful. We stayed down till a bit after midnight because we had to have a drink with Kat! HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY! :D Then it was back to River Club to party!
It was great having both parties right there, I got to see everyone I love! I was all over the place. I was the perfect state of tipsy drunk where everything is good and happy- YAY! Good times with good people. My back is killing me from crashing on a loveseat, ow. I shoulda done something bout that!
Now I have a buttload of stuff to do... Oy! Where'd the weekend go? Whatever, last night was great so I don't care!
