long time no see
i just realized how often i actually get on the computer at home. take a look at my last uodate. yah, it's been about that long. since like, june.
work has taken over my life. which isn't a huge surprise, but it's a lot more draining than i was expecting it to be. i guess because in addition to working over 8 hours a day, i have been driving up to bellingham to see brendan every weekend. it's my choice though, so i guess i have to live with it.
katie is out of town this week, so brian harmon, lane's brother, is filling in, which is good. it's a little weird, because before this i don't think i'd ever had a full length conversation with him, and now i'm seeing him every day. but it's not bad; he's definitely grown up a lot, and it's kind of hard to believe that he will be a junior in the fall. although, i'll be a junior in the fall too, so that freaks me out a little as well.
anyway, that's pretty much it. this week actually seems to be going pretty fast, which is good. i think i'm finally getting used to getting up at 7:20 every morning.
