I have been desperately craving cinnamon rolls for a few weeks now, which are about as far off my diet as it gets. But no more! I finally figured out how to make raisin studded sweet rolls that very neatly fill that craving while being well enough in my diet that I can actually eat two of them! And they are wonderfully good. A little less than 6 grams of fat each. Two plus a banana made the happiest breakfast I've had in a long time. At about 200 calories each I certainly can't eat the things every day, but doing that every once in a while means that I can fill the craving and go back to eating the things I should be without overeating on anything. So yeah, all sorts of happy Becca today. Only way I could be a happier Becca would be if Jase was home, but he's not going to be gone for very long and I'm getting emails every day so even that isn't enough to really dampen my mood.
