Choo choos (and blurb)

Dear Arriva,

I note from  http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/wales/mid_/8021357.stm  that you are seriously considering the link between aberystwyth and london. I have a better suggestion for you, why don't you first make sure you can deliver the service you promise right now, without cancelling trains, before trying to extend it.

Sort out what you have before adding more problems.

We need a solid reliable service to Birmingham every two hours *first* before you try increasing it. And there is no way you can continue using the state of carriages (two if you are lucky though I have recently been on one (!)) you do now for such a long trip. Which of course will also mean increases in fares. You need to stop looking at the line as a 'touristy line' and start viewing it as the vital link it is from mid wales outwards for those of us who live here.

The service that they are going up against in the article is in fact, excellent. I know of several people who have been on it and found it most helpful. You are far too crap to be considering going against them. Fix the lines you have first before extending outwards.

Arriva, u b twillocks.

Blurby bit. So yeh my identity has offically been stolen. Some b'tard has managed to get thousands of pounds in my name claiming for children, work credits and even applying for business grants.

I wouldn't mind. But can someone please answer how, when I applied *legally* I was turned down, but when some b'tard knicks my info and applies they are not?!

*grs loads*
