Holy Crap. Gym today .... not sure how many hours ... 2? 2.5? 3? ... only burned 930 calories but I walked to and from the gym ~2 miles so really not that big a deal :) But I feel amazing. I need food though desperately. New plan. Whenever I start crying, unless I'm in class the firs thing I'm doing is going to the gym. At least then something positive will come out of this :)
I had a friend come over last night, that helped and I'm giong over to another friend's for dinner tonight. Grrr. Still annoyed that someone else is already bringing bread and I can't make any dinner rolls! :P
Alright ... off to attempt yogurt coleslaw for lunches this week ....
