Something I hate: Daesh, the way we should all refer to ISIS/ISIL. It so very pisses them off.
Something I love: Dragons, the D in BeccaDG is for Dragon. The full handle is actually Becca, Dragon Goddess.
Somewhere I've been: Doctor Who Convention, it was in Chicago and called ChicagoTARDIS. I had a blast.
Somewhere I'd like to go: Dragon Con, as one of the Guest Authors not just a fan.
Someone I know: Dray, fellow English Major in the Senior Seminar with me.
A film I like: Dream Team, The, comedy starring Michael Keaton, Christopher Lloyd, Peter Boyle, and Stephen Furst as a bunch of mental patients. The film's various taglines include, "They're alone and lost in New York, the only place crazier than they are."

Something I hate: Reaganomics, the funniest thing about the last presidential election to me was the Republicans setting up the Debt Clock on the stage at their convention like it belonged to Obama and not them when it was established under Reagan, and re-established (after being unplugged during Clinton's presidency) for George W. Bush.
Something I love: Rest and Recreation, I don't even care whether it's a vacation or a staycation as long as I get to rest and recreate.
Somewhere I've been: Regal Cinemas Augusta 10, of the cinemas in easy driving distance from my home, it's the only one I've been to that has reclining seats and tray holders.
Somewhere I'd like to go: Rothesay, Bute, Scotland, any part of Scotland would be nice, but this one not only starts with R, it has a castle that was once occupied by Robert the Bruce.
Someone I know: Ruth, my mom.
A film I like: Real Genius, calling it a teen comedy doesn't remotely do it justice. Roger Ebert gave it 3 and 1/2 out of 4 stars, saying it, "contains many pleasures, but one of the best is its conviction that the American campus contains life as we know it."

Something I hate: Garbage, I try very hard to do the whol "reduce, reuse, recycle," but I still don't manage to avoid making some, and having to dispose of that "some." I get it all bagged and down to the curb Monday night, adding one more reason to my list of reasons for hating Mondays.
Something I love: Gaming, whether it's board games, table top roleplaying games, video games, or live action roleplaying games I can usually find a way to enjoy the game. I've been playing a game of one kind or another since I was a little kid.
Somewhere I've been: Gifford's Ice Cream, it's a local ice cream chain that competes with Dairy Queen, Baskin Robins, and the like. I've been to their establishments in both Skowhegan and Waterville. I looove their ice cream.
Somewhere I'd like to go: Glasgow, Scotland, you might be noticing a theme. With this one it's not just a city in Scotland, but one I have ancestors from.
Someone I know: Gareth David Lloyd, I've met him three times, and gotten not just pictures and autographs, but a hug.
A film I like: Ghostbusters, I have loved it madly since I was nine years old. I've got toys, a poster, a special anniversary collection of the movies, and my latest purchase was a t-shirt from Teefury showing a female ghostbuster with the words, "The next time someone asks you if you're a goddess you say yes!"
