Watson and Sherlock

Yes, I billed them in that order. I've always loved Watson more than Sherlock, and it's a goood time to be a Watson fan just now. It hasn't always been easy. Nigel Bruce was most people's idea of Watson for a very looong time. Right now, there's not one, but two brilliant Watsons around. My personal favorite of the two is Jude Law's. I gave him Martin Freeman's slot on my Top Five Watsons list over here. I've decided, while Sherlock isn't my favorite, I should have a Top Five Sherlocks list too. First, however, I have Watson icons to post and a photomanip.
I made this for an RPG that I'm in. The Sherlock and Watson are a blend there. It's a combination of Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock and a modern version of Jude Law's Watson.
My Top Five Sherlocks

4. Peter Cushing
5. Nicholas Rowe
*As far as I'm concerned Jeremy Brett and Edward Hardwicke are the definitive film versions of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson. The other Sherlocks on this list are there because they have played less definitive Sherlocks that I still find to be a lot of fun.
