I Blame Medie
I've done a couple of drabbles for her Kissin' A Fool Drabble A-Thon, but while I've done two there are too more I'd like to do. The reason I haven't gotten the "Highlander; Methos/OC; Methuselah crystal" done is straight forward. The only OC I've got for Highlander is TJ and she's not interested in the Methuselah Stone. It's the reason I can't get the other one written I'm blaming on medie. The other prompt is "Blood Ties/Highlander; Henry/Methos; renaissance man," and the reason I haven't gotten that one done is every time I try to get anything done the two of them start making out and I'm left muttering, "Sure there's suppose to be a kiss, but a little set up would be good." *Shakes head at her muses.* To be fair that isn't medie's fault. It's the fault of whoever cast Kyle Schmid as Henry for the TV show. Book Henry is a 5'6" redhead I'd call Howdy Doody with fangs if I thought I'd survive it. Kyle Schmid however... *drools* ...and Henry is canonically bisexual so if you're prepared to believe Methos is bisexual, which I am, it's not that hard for them to be more interested in each other than getting a drabble written for a writing challenge. It is however all medie's fault I ever saw the prompt. ;b
