There was a fire going in the fireplace at Nate's aunt + uncle's on the 4th of July! Not a campfire like there normally is, but a fireplace fire. It was like 60 degrees and rainy all afternoon! Alas, it was a good day anyway and Nathan's chili was a big hit. I had Thursday off too, and I got lots of stuff accomplished. It was hard to have a 10+ hour day to day after having two days off... there were a couple times I wanted to plop down in the stuffed animal room and take a snooze...
I am only working half a day tomorrow because friend's of ours are getting married! Other then the wedding ceremony itself, I am especially looking forward to my stuffed filet of sole at the reception. I am told it's amazing...
