(no subject)
Quick drive-by post before I finish work! It's been very busy for the past couple of days as we attempt to re-image 93 computers. Most of them are done, but there are still more to do Monday and Tuesday of next week before we all go on holiday.
I am going to have a very busy weekend, as I need to make 3 batches of fudge and 3 batches of cookies for Christmas presents. The fudge is pretty easy - I'm using a microwave recipe (our oven is absolutely useless for making anything that can't just be boiled like crazy) which is pretty much just condensed milk and chocolate chips heated for 3 minutes then stirred for 3 minutes then cooled in the fridge, so that's ok, but the cookies are going to take ages. I really should test them first, because I've never made them before, but they look pretty easy! Basic shortbread recipe from someone on bakebakebake with food colouring for Christmas colours :) I still have to decorate the jars with ribbon though, and get 3 more for the people getting fudge...
