Hey!:) Happy New Year! I hope 2012 treats you all well! :)
Hope you enjoy this update. Please comment. Xx
"Rosie!" I complain as she drags me into the third club of the night. "Please Rosie I just want to go home! I'm having no fun what so ever!"
"Well no wonder!" Rosie replies. "You've barely had anything to drink all night!"
"Yeah Soph, let your hair down, eh? It's Christmas eeeeve!" Sian slurs. "Come on, the next round is on me." She happily makes her way to the bar reappearing just moments later as she struggles to carry six shots.
"Sian what is this?" I ask, staring at the unappealing shots before me.
"Oh just shut up and drink!" She orders and that's exactly what I do. After we all down two shots each, Rosie immediately gets more drinks.

Two clubs and God knows how many shots later, it's fair to say that I am extremely drunk, meaning I'm going to going to have a hangover on Christmas day - just great!
I lost both Rosie and Sian a while ago and so I decide to scan the club for them (and yes by 'them' I do pretty much mean Sian.
It doesn't take long fir me to notice her standing my the bar talking to a lad who I take an immediate disliking to.
"Siaaan!" I call, pushing past everyone in order to get beside her.
"Oh there you are Sophie! Was beginning to think I'd lost ya!" She smiles. How is it that she is so sober? Or maybe I'm just so drunk she seems sober in comparison. "Jamie, this is Sophie, Sophie this is Jamie-"
"Nice to meet you but would you be so kind as to piss off?" Shit, did I just say that out loud? Judging by the look on his and Sian's face I'm guessing that's a yes.
"Don't worry, I'm just leaving. Right after I get Blondie here's phone number." He winks at her making me cringe.
"Her name is Sian. And I wouldn't bother if I was you mate. You ain't her type."
"Whatever." The guy grunts. "Plenty fitter birds in this club anyway." He says as he attempts to 'swagger' away.
"What was that all about?" Sian asks with an amused expression on her face.
"I just don't like him." I mumble as I struggle to keep my balance.
"Were you... Jealous?" Sian smirks.
"NO!" I say, possibly louder than necessary but I'm too drunk to care. "But if I, uh, If I was, could you really blame me? I mean, he was all over you...And, and you're beautiful." Oh my God please please please tell me I didn't just say that out loud.
"And you're incredibly drunk." Sian laughs.
"AM NOT!" I exclaim as if I've just been accused of murder.
"Riiiiight." Sian says, not believing me.
"Sian?"
"Yeah?"
"S-Sian?"
"Yes Sophie what is it?"
"I, urm, I love you." I slur as I lose my footing and fall into her slightly.
"You are so drunk." She laughs.
"And you are so beautiful." I say as I lean forward and capture her lips in mine, praying for her to kiss me back and not push me away...

Where am I? Am I dead? Oh my God I'm dead! Sophie, stop being dramatic. Open your eyes.
My eyes flutter open as I attempt to take in my surroundings without moving my head. Okay... I see a ceiling. That's always a good sign... Wait, that's not my ceiling.
Wait a second... I recognise that light... And that wind chime... They're Rosie's. Okay, that's good. I'm in Rosie's room. Oh thank God-
Wait a second!
If I'm in Rosie's room, that means I'm in Sian's room.
Oh shit.
I sit up straight, immediately regretting it as a horrible pain shoots to my head.
"Argh!" I groan, holding my head in my hands.
"You fucking lightweight!" I hear a familiar voice chuckling.
I slowly turn my head in the direction of the laughter to find Sian perched on the end of my bed... Well, her bed... Technically Rosie's bed but you get the idea.
"What-" I croak out before clearing my throat and starting again. "What, erm, what happened last night?" I ask cautiously.
"Do you really want to know?" She raises her eyebrow. Oh God, what did drunken Sophie do? I really dislike that girl!
"Erm... I'm not sure." I say nervously.
"Well I'm telling you anyway because it was priceless! I can't believe you got that drunk!"
"I can't have been that drunk-"
"Sian... Sian. I love you Sian!" She says mockingly. "You're so beautiful Sian."
"Shut up!" I say embarrassed.
"SIAN! YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL!" She shouts, making my headache about fifty times worse.
"Oh God Sian please stop!" I complain.
"That's not you were saying last night." She smirks.
Wait, what?!
"What are you taking about?" I ask.
"Oh, you don't remember?" She asks looking slightly shocked. "Soph, we had wild, mind blowing sex last night. I can't believe you've forgotten. It was quite the experience." She says and I swear my eyes almost pop out of their sockets, and, for a split second I think I almost believe her. But I know when she's messing with me, now being one of those times.
"Sian that's not funny!" I exclaim which just makes her laugh.
"Okay yeah I'm sorry that was kind of cruel... You did try it on with me though." She says casually.
"What? You mean I like... Kissed you?" I ask nervously.
"Yeah." She says and I notice the seriousness of her tone.
"You're not kidding are you?" I ask.
"'Course not." She says.
Why is me kissing her such a big deal to me, yet she seems to think it's the most casual thing in the world.
"Did, erm, did you... y'know... Kiss me back?"
"I figured that with the state you were in, it would count as taking advantage." She giggles. Why is she laughing about this? I am finding this situation deadly serious!
"If I wasn't drunk... Would you have kissed me back?" I ask. I don't know why but her answer means a lot to me.
The smile instantly drops from her face as she looks away.
"Why?" She asks
"Why what?"
"What did you have to go there? Why ask me that?" She says angrily.
"Sian I was just wondering-"
"Yeah well stop, okay? We broke up for reasons Sophie."
"But... You would have kissed me back?" I urge.
"Sophie!" She snaps. "Look, can we not talk about it? Please can we just focus on enjoying Christmas?" She pleads, meeting my gaze again.
I see the hurt in her eyes and decide to drop it. I mean it is Christmas after all. Sian's favourite day of the year.
"Okay I'm sorry. But I just have one more question... Why am I in your bed?"
"You refused to go to your own bed and after you passed out I couldn't budge you... Probably because you're so fat." She teases and I pick up a pillow and throw it at her which she skilfully dodges.
"Now come on lightweight." She grins. "It's Christmas!"
