Sian P.O.V
- beep - beep - beep -
What is that noise? Urgh what time is it? Never mind Sian, just go back to sleep.
"Oh my god Sian you creep you're freaking spooning me! Let go if me I need to get up!"
Thanks to Sophie I am now officially awake.
"Sorry." I mumble. I release my grip from around her her allowing her to get up and switch on the light. My eyes automatically closing tight, pained by the brightness.
"Ugh Sophie! Turn the light back off!" I moan.
"Sian, I can't I have to get ready for work."
"Is it seven already?" I ask shocked, still feeling extremely tired.
"No it's six." She says raiding her side of our wardrobe in search of something to wear. "I have to be at work early today."
"Oh, okay." I mutter. "Well, I'm going back to sleep."
"Whatever, lazy. But remember don't lie in, you'll be late for work."
"Ha, I won't be late for work."

"Miss Powers, this is the third time in two weeks that you have been late for work!" Mr Burns, my prick of a boss yells at me.
"Yeah I know but-"
"No buts Powers this is your final warning, if you are either late, or I catch you not doing your work one more time, I will have no other choice but to fire you."
"Mr Burns, you can't do that! I really need this job!"
"So do a lot of people, Powers. People that actually arrive on time and get on with their work successfully. Now off you go... I'll be keeping a close eye on you."
"Yes Sir." I say leaving his office and making my way towards my little desk. Why on earth did I ever decide to work in an accountancy firm? I hate it! But I need this job, and I really need the money.
The day drags out depressingly slowly as I try to focus my hardest on the work I have been set.
I watch as the clock finally strikes five and race out of the building eagerly. I just want to get home!
I arrive at the flat and make my way in to the living room. Sophie's not home yet, obviously. As annoying as she is it's always so quite without her. Too quiet. When she's not here I think I actually miss her constant complaining and bickering, and the long line of insults she often throws my way.
When the silence becomes too much to handle I turn on the TV and head towards the kitchen in search of some food, I'm starving.
"Hmm... What to eat, what to eat..." I mutter to myself as I look through the fridge and cupboards, my eyes being drawn to a big blueberry muffin. "Perfect." I say happily.

"Sian, I'm home.” Sophie says as she passes through the living room and heads in to the kitchen.
“How was work?” I ask, the majority of my attention still on the TV sitting before me.
“Do you even care?” Sophie asks from the kitchen.
“Nah, just being polite.” I answer honestly.
“Sian have you seen my blueberry muffin?” Sophie says angrily as she returns from the kitchen.
“Uhh... no?” I lie.
“Urgh, Sian! You bloody ate it didn't you?!”
“Well...”
“Siaaan! I have just had an extremely long day at work. And all I could think about was coming home, sitting on the sofa and eating my muffin. Now I get home to find you sprawled all over the sofa, having already eaten my muffin!”
“Don't you think you should be thanking me?” I ask.
“For what?” She asks confused.
“Well Sophie, look at it this way... The more of your food I eat, the less food you eat. The less food you eat, the less fat you become-”
“You are a complete and utter bitch.” She mutters. “Now move over a bit.”
I remove my legs from the sofa and place them on the ground, leaving enough room for her.
“Thanks.” She mutters, sitting down on the sofa. She looks around for a minute, furrowing her brows.
“Sian? I thought you were gonna be doing some cleaning today when you got home from work?”
“I moved my socks, didn't I?” I ask.
She sighs exaggeratedly, and scowls at me, but I can see the smile trying to tug at her lips.
