has it really been longer than a month??
Wow just noticed that I havnt updated here since December the 19th! I thnk thats the longest I have ever gone wtihout boring you guys with my shit. Well, since the last post obviously loads of stuff has happened, unfortunately none of it that was really interesting. It was my birthday on the 22nd of December, and as some of you will know I generally get really depressed,, drink myself stupid and then end up making an arse of myself (for reasons best left alone). So instead of following the usual pattern Alan and I packed up the car and headed off up north for the night to Bob Scotts Bothy, where I didnt get depressed, had a sensible amount to drink (well sensible compared to the vat of booze I normally manage to neck) and didnt make an arse of myself, not that I can remember anyway.
Christmas and New Year were both fairly uneventful with the weather putting paid to any hogmanay plans. Just spent it with my nearest and dearest.
After the festive period it was exam time AGAIN. As per usual I did a pathetic amount of revision but I probably have done enough to scrape a pass, ill let you know when the results come in.
After my exams I took at trip to the mighty Southport to visit my Mum (like the exams were not stressful enough!) and my sisters. Fiona was ill in hopsital so I spent a lot of time there. Took my little sister (kirsty and kerry) bowling......which was really expensive but made better by the fact that I trounced them. Also managed one night out with Lindsay, Gaz and Craig who I have known since high school. It was a great night, its mad how you dont realise how much you miss people until you spend time with them. I am lucky that I get to talk to Lindsay quite a lot but not so much Gaz and Craig. I had forgotten how much I loved to just sit and talk shit with Gaz. He is a really good bloke and really intelligent too. We sat up til silly o' clock talking about all sorts of random things, including the meaning of life, Bill Hicks and politics, all good lightherted topics as you can see! I was sad when I had to come home and as always I have told myself that I need to visit more often but I probably wont. My mother sucks the life out of me and I can only cope with that a certain amount of times per year. Its odd, criticism from anyone else does not bother me but she only has to say one thing and I am a mess. And trust me she always says more that one thing!
Well as I am back at uni I have lots of work to be getting on with. Will try and catch up on my friends page over the nxt week.
