There's the highs...and then there's the LOWS
So I went back and checked my records. Last year I paid the bank $1458.04. This year they write me a check for $1460.42 Sooooo, since my parents helped me out last year, that means that I actually have only made $2.38 So much for being rich.
I called my uncle to ask him if he could check and see if they made a mistake giving me the money back. He said I had filed some exemption thing that should have kicked in this year. He said that can cut your taxes anywhere from $600-800. If that's true than I may get to keep the money...all $2.38 of it. Looks like my mom and dad are the ones who are rich today.
And I was also treated to a fine history of my uncle's peenie problems, how many drugs he's been on to help it, and the physical therapy he is going through. Only Liz can appreciate that...gotta love those relatives!
