A day out

Today we finally had a day out of the house. Well a part day anyways. The rest of the day was waylaid by rain. We went to Walmart this morning. It was time to get Sophie's first big prize on her potty chart. A movie. She got a backyardigans movie, SuperSpy. I decided that i need a new outfit for Edmonton. I havent bought myself anything in months. I got these capri pants and a new top. It will look good in the family pictures that we are having done as a gift to my mom for mothers day. Im actually looking forward to it so much. Dont enjoy pictures so much but it will be nice to have a family photo. I also got new shoes! Just flats but they are pretty and the dont look like I got them in the kids section at payless. They are so comfortable and wont need to be broken in at all. I got some mothers day cards. They are pretty cute. I found a card that I want for myself lol. Maybe Chris will let me get my own. I think I am going to get my mom a gift certificate for West Edmonton Mall so she can get herself something while we are in the mall. They are pretty strapped for cash so it wont be nice to go to the mall and not be able to afford to spend anthing at all. So Im thinking a gift card and a book would be nice. They get pretty bored being in smaller town grande prairie a new book each for my mom and sister would be good. The day out was pretty good save for the fact on a down ramp in th mall I rolled my ankle. Youch. Its sore and it poured on the way home.
Gotta go will finish post later. Lucas is up and cranky. Chris just got home and is also cranky. Yea! not.
