I have a FujiFilm Fine Pics A345, and its pretty good.
It doesnt really matter what kind of camera u have as long as ::
--You can get video w/ sound to take mini videos. Its really fun and i LOVE that feature. I recorded @ concerts and funny friend moments. Also on my trip to Europe I had it, i have some amazing short videos (that camera had video, no sound--still good..but sound is just so much betta)
--Try for a 3 - 4 megapixil range. Any higher and it takes forever and a day to take a picture, but less than 3 doesn't have that good of a quailty pic when u PRINT it out (on comp, they all look more or less the same).
--Cameras are CONSTANTLY getting better and better, so I recommend this: Dont buy the best camera they offer, get one you can afford and that you like. Then make sure u have a warrenty on it (best buy has good ones when u buy cameras there) bc if it breaks, they will replace it w/ the next availabe camera...which means an UPGRADE (thats how i went from a soundless camera to one w/ sound, bc mine broke and they didnt sell it anymore and i got the next one up) and sicne its warrenty, u dont have to pay for the new camera. That's pretty sweet stuff right there.
