2- I think it's called a cordless phone... 3iii- I used to put irish cream in my travel mug along with my morning coffee and bring it to work...takes the edge off. 5- do it!
2. well, i was kinda talking about my work phone. everytime i tried to answer it today the cord was tangled and i would have to talk to the person with my head lying on my desk so they wouldn't hear me banging around. i haven't had a home phone since i lived at home... 3iii. :O 5. i actually found a drama class at my local cc. it should be interesting to take a drama class in little los angeles. it might be quite a challenge.
3iii. i second this, baileys really takes the edge off but your mom may think you a drunkard i mentioned on christmas morning this past year that i was drinking baileys and coffee and taking it to work and my mom was all :o
i did inform myself about ipods before purchacing so i knew that the batteries have a life of about a year so i did arm myself with a 3 year warentee through futureshop. what futureshop didn't tell me though is that for the first year apple forbids any retailer to even tough the ipod and the customer has to deal directly with them (ie. mail the ipod to apple for battery replacement). since my ipod died in like 8 or 9 months and i can't afford the shipping to send it to ipod, i'm screwed. :(
I have my own neuroticism that I deal with in heaping spoonfuls each day, so fear not, I am no stranger to it. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the entry about the dance party with your curlers!
hey! i wanted to respond to yr last post but the comments were disabled! it's too bad i don't live in vancouver anymore because i could have showed you around/introduced you to some people!! also, if you are interested, i can still do that? not me, but i could introduce you to some nice girls if you like? it can be lonely living in a city you don't know with people you don't know!
that is really sweet! i actually saw you one night at tokyo lounge while struggling with my brother (while in town) about whether to go in. I ended up going to celebrities (clueless about clubs in vancouver and finding comfort in the arms of a gay club) but i regreted not saying hey to you. even though i just read your journal
hey! you should have said hi! was i nice to you? drunk? crazy? sometimes i was kind of mean when i worked there, just 'cos there were so many idiots hanging around all the time,
also, my bosses would bring me rum laced coke slurpees every hour, so usually i was kind of wasted while trying to direct the herd of clubgoers into the proper lineups. haha!
we didn't stick around in the line long enough for us to get close enough to you. hahaha, i think you were drinking a slurpee!!! the year i lived in oz my mate and i drank boozie slurpees for new years. so dangerous. i danced on top of all the tables and made out with some dude in a field.
i would be mean too... there are so many idiots that go to tokyo lounge. i didn't go there with my bro but i did get dragged there about a month ago and was so thrown off by the people that go there.
