i'm on standby
rain and thunderstorms. the sky has been so dark, then sunny, then grey.
i went to the gym but they had closed early because of a tornado warning
that lasted all of 10 minutes. when i hear tornado warnings here i don't
even bother to shrug... maybe i'm too flippant. i've never seen a tornado,
which is odd having lived in oklahoma... i would like to see one.
i wonder if anyone has ever thrown themselves in front of a tornado
like a moving car.
i wasn't pleased about the gym closing early. yesterday we went and
i ran + weights. i weighed myself. something i rarely do unless there's
a dr. nearby asking me to... and i weighed 123 with all my workout clothes,
shoes, ipod and headphones. so i'm going to take that as being that i weight
a little under 120. but without running i don't feel all that great or in shape.
this weekend i think we're going to go to devil's lake and soon hopefully
i'll be biking along the military ridge trail. i hear it's nice.
i picked up a ton of dead can dance and lisa gerrard cd's from the library today.
