Some Guy's House in Atlanta

Jun 20, 2007 09:20

This morning, gentle readers, Mr. M. is again at his desk. There is a metal fan on and facing the computer station just off to stage left, or our right. I suspect, given the area of chair-back visible, he is momentarily elsewhere in his home. The stand-alone white fan is gone from the far room.

I note with amusement, although I noticed this the first day, that my computer station fan is basically the same configuration as his and echoes his in angle of orientation to me. This is because we are facing each other across the virtual divide at our desks and his fan is 180 degrees different, behind his left shoulder. The concordance is funny when I step back from my monitor, since I can imagine a frame around the sight, and inside is a fan a frame, which contains a fan. Escher would be so proud.

Today's fashion? A salmon pink tee shirt with a logo, loose white cotton pants, and, naturally, hot pink plastic crocs. Not as fashion forward as the red and white floral jammies, less working class than the white wife-beater undershirt.

M. appeared for a moment returning from the kitchen, making this fashion review possible. Ooo, now an elbow. Waait for it, will there be another? Waiting .... and no, same elbow.
