"Okay, RIGHT! Let God-damned Black Bolt open his mouth and sing an
aria! He couldn't halt the Plath sheep in its Deadly Spiral of
DESPAIR!"

I expected the worst - homemade, crappy, halting, Christopher-Walken-weird, excusable only because I enjoy the guy's accordion playing. Actually, he did well. I'm not sure how his style voice would accommodate other genre - horror, or some other more sombre works - but for funny, clever writing, he read the heck out of it. He aurally acted out the short story, as any good storyteller ought, giving voice to the writer and to the sheep. Lively stuff!
You know, it reminded me oddly of Bruce Campbell's narration, only, you know, smarter and fey-er?
As an aside, I have a little speaker on a tiny hardback journal on the desktop, and if I put my palm or fingers in various places on the
journal, or the speaker itself, the lower registers of his voice make my fingers vibrate and tingle, which is additional (and disturbing)
entertainment value for my dollar.
Best part: "The Dystopianist, Thinking of His Rival, is Interrupted by a Knock at the Door" read for you by John Linnell." He sounds so proud when he says his name. :)
