Ooo, tough call! However, I notice it says a guaranteed fist fight every weekend, which means Saturday or Sunday, and possibly Friday night; what if you choose the wrong night? What if this weekend the fight happens to be on Saturday, but you're there on Friday? Then you are SOL.

Farmdale sounds suspicious. Surely New York can't have any town named "Farmdale" in it. It's probably just a movie set.

No, I think you're best off with the tried and true 9:30 Club. If you get one of those portable hiking chairs, you can watch the carjackings in comfort! (And, as an added bonus, watch the concert sitting down.)
