But Will the Coffee Remain Fresher?
This morning I filled a Ball jar with hot coffee and a little sugar to take to work. I closed it with its native lid, wrapped it in a plastic grocery bag, and off I went.
At work, I put the still slightly warm jar on my desk and turned to face the PC. Just now I heard a strange *plonk* sound and turned startled to look. It was my cooling coffee apparatus vacuum-sealing itself. Good old Ball.
