SOOO!
Yaoi-con was amazing! I wish I could run away to it or something like that. Actually, if anime conventions were a circus I would definitely run away to them and live there forever. This was the first con I've even gone to on my own and I'm so happy I did. One of the first cosplayers I met was an amazing Iruka. She was waiting for her friends to show up and her name was Annamarie. (She looked just like Iruka - who's from Naruto - it was crazy cool!) We hung out and then met up with her friends Jocelyn and Mido, who were also funny and amazing, and I hung out with them them all friday and saturday. I even ending up staying over with Anna so I wouldn't have to go home in between friday and saturday. I wish I could have stayed sunday too, but oh well.
It actually turned out that I had met Jocelyn and Mido at Fanime this past year and we have pictures of each other. Small world. I hope to see them again at the next con. Mido really reminded me of my friend Rose too. It was funny ^_^.
It was the perfect con experience. I laughed so much even though not much happen. Going alone and meeting new friends. Exchanging info and hoping in my heart to meet them at next con and do it all over again. I'm determined to stay friends with Anna. She was too cool to give up. In fact, they were all too cool. I was afraid that at any moment they would get sick of me. But, when then didn't, it made it even harder for me to say bye.
