Possible spoilers about Rictor in X-Factor from Lying in the Gutter at CBR.
Okay, this is a bit of a spoiler, but worth it I think.
This week's "X-Factor" has an official outing of one of the lead characters, Rictor, as a bisexual man. Handled, shall we say, much better than a certain Northstar. Get your copies before the shops sell out.
This would go a long way to proving the "Rictor and Shatterstar were totally shagging" theory.
I'm gonna be pessimistic about this but I'll buy the new X-Factor when it's comes out tomorrow to see if it's true.
Moment of truth. What do you say?

Peter David thought of including Rictor as one of the people Jamie's sudective dupe slept with in issue 10.

It was in a thread at his website a few months back, where readers were discussing X-FACTOR #10. Someone commented that it would have been funny if Rictor had been part of it too. This was Pad's reply.
That really, really did occur to me. But I felt I was pushing the envelope far enough with the notion of "Jamie" sleeping with two women in the same night. My concern was that, if I went in that direction, the entire sequence would be shot down. Of course, I wrote it some months ago. Recently Joe Q. indicated that the Marvel concerns about portraying gays have been loosened up. I might have written it differently had that been the case.
