busy bee's buzz
It's been a busy, busy past week or so. Actually, it's been a busy, busy past several months since I started with my PN course.
Anyways... we had exams last week, and I think I did ok on those, probably more than ok for some subjects. We also have regular 12-hour overnight weekend clinicals at the hospital, and last Saturday I was so busy I didn't even get 5 minutes in to nap. When it was time to go, my friend Ana and I decided we deserved a treat at Mickey D's, and a treat it was. (Her hubby paid for everything.) We had pancakes and sausage and fries and a sundae. Talk about carbo loading at 7am before bed time.
Meanwhile... my social calendar hasn't exactly been overflowing with dates, but I did get to watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest with Jason. Other than that, I haven't hung out much, but my best friend from high school Grace whom I haven't seen in about 10 years is coming home from London with her family, so I'm going up to Baguio sometime for a reunion with her and our other barkada. Have to give up clinicals for that too, so good luck with that.
