Life 101
last night me & mary ellen held a fashion show for some dinner guests in our living room..the finale was her walk wearing my double-stacks and poofy black hat, during which she fell over and just rolled around in the floor laughing.
today i got out in the yard and was messing with the flowers. i've been told that if you pick off the dead leaves and buds then they will grow back stronger and bloom more. why dont they just let go of that dead shit? then i remembered all the dead shit i've been refusing to let go of.
i guess sometimes i need a little help growing too. it amazes me how mary ellen, who's only 10, seems to know more about what life is all about than i do.
