im seriously in shock at the amount of fun this family wedding was.. it was the first time in awhile that i actually truly enjoyed myself with the extended fam.
basically it was my cousin amandas wedding and i was a bridesmaid so i went down to vegas. can i just say that the events of this weekend are definitely something that needs to be documented...
so it started friday when i went to the rehearsal which was ok..the wedding coordinator was the biggest bitch ever, but it was super entertaining to make fun of her with the other bridesmaids. haha. then saturday was the actual wedding and we started out at the hairdressers at 9 where the first bottle of champagne was opened. then we moved on to kendras house were we enjoyed many glasses of mimosas and chocolate covered strawberries. so we were all nicely buzzed as we were getting ready for the wedding, not to mention by the time we made it to the church we were all nervous about walking down the super slippery isle in 3 inch high heels with a nice level of alcohol in our systems. so the wedding started and the priest for some reason kept calling the bride amber..her name is for sure amanda..hahah it was the funniest thing everrr. next we took some pretty pictures and moved into the limo where we indulged ourselves to a couple bottle of champagne and budlight haha..classy. then as we all stumbled out of the limo we were informed that we still had to take many more pictures which im dying to see just because we all must have looked ridiculous. then the party started where my cousin and her friends handed me a new drink every half an hour. can i just say ive never had that much alcohol in one day..and im not even close to finishing the story. so we were in the bathroom acting retarded when my mom walks in and this is how our lovely conversation went...

me.. OMG MOTHER, who are you?
what the helll!!! if you knew my mom you would understand how amazing this was haha.. anyway so we danced the night away and then moved on to the hotel after party which took place in the casino slash irish bar. slowly the group got smaller and smaller and finally all that was left was me, kristen, kristens fiance, and mealina (a bridesmaid).. so we just drank and walked around the casino kinda gambling and such which was tres fun. finally we decided that we needed to have a giant bubble bath in the amazing hotel rooms because the tubs they had were HUGE. so we some how found our hotel room and tried to fill up the tub only to find out that the hot water was off. so kristen called the hotel management and complained that we needed the hot water because we were having a bubble bath party haha. the hot water took forever to come back so we ended up just going skinny dipping in the hotel jacuzzi at like 430 in the morning. then we went back to the room and order intense amounts of room service and then just like passed out. it was amazing haha
moral of the story, this weekend was pretty much fantastic.. and im actually digging my family members right now just because ive never really had that much fun with them
