There’s rightness in being back together. Christine can’t understand, and they’ve fought about it, actually. She can’t grasp how close they all actually got to be during filming, like brothers, all four of them. Her mouth twists at the corner, her eyes flick to the side, and if he didn’t know better, he’d suspect that she suspected him of having an affair with one of them. He’s not, of course, but there’s just something. Something fulfilling, something small and quiet and perfect about seeing them again. In the morning he buys a shirt that says, “hobbits forever.”
