Bullshit!
So once again I find myself in a bad situation. Things are just going so horrible for me. I can't wait to get out of this slump.
My landlord is trying to evict us because my roomies bank failed tot ell him something was up with his account. So we paid rent, the check bounced and they decided to bring us to court for non-payment. The landlords should have told us the check was bad and we could have resolved it that day and wrote a new check or got a certified check if they were babies about it. but no..instead they send us to court for December 2nd. Not to mention we've been trying to get a hold of them for a week now and the guy keeps dodging us though the receptionist did take our rent for this month.My question is does that then negate the court process since they took payment before the court date. probably not but whatever. I don't really know what to do and I don't have the money for a new place quite yet and finding a place that will take tucker is a mother fucker. My only option is to live in my car or drop everything I have here to live with my parents.
Ugh.... If anyone knows a lawyer let me know so I can have a place to live for the winter.
