Since Jeremy more or less admitted to being a serial killer, Livvie is a bit o.O at all of that. And thinks it's probably safest if she doesn't really talk to him much >.>

Totally understandable. He won't kill you, though, Livvie!

She has no way of knowing that. Also her life has become incredibly more complicated by Harvey Dent, stage left, so she's also wary to be talking to anyone who knows about Gotham but doesn't live there. Or in her version of it.
