Amidst the slew of sub par new applicants, treat your weary eyes to

this haphazard collection of photographs from the last few months of my life. (Can they be called photographs if they're from a digital camera? It seems wrong.)

First of all, back in January, I went to Chicago with dearie Adam.

It usually appears that all I do on any vacation is make silly faces. I swear this is not the case. I also occasionally do exciting, educational things.

We're so cute even Lake Michigan is blushing!

(Just go with me here.)

Waiting for piiiiizza. It was so good when it got there that I didn't even care that my stomach had already shriveled up and died because it had had to wait so long.

Behind the happy, waving boy, you might just catch a glimpse of our hotel. It's apparently the only one in Chicago that lets you in if you're under 21.

We went to the aquarium, OF COURSE, and so did this bunny. Story: when Adam was 2 years old, his mom and dad took him to this aquarium and his brand new stuffed bunny came with. His mom has all of these pictures of him and Bunny looking at the fish. So he dug out the ol' bunny (obviously he still has him!) and we took some more pictures. Bunny was easily the most photogenic of our trio.

Oh, and it was freezing. That's what we looked like when we came out of the wind.

ABRUPT CHANGE OF SETTING:

Some pictures from before my Irish dance group's big show in February...I might try to find some mid-show, mid-leap, mid-awesomeness pictures to post later, but for now, you get us in all of our green velvet finery:

And then there was Valentine's Day...I actually like Valentine's Day, contrary to every other person I know, so I took lots of lovely photos of myself and photoshopped them and turned them into Valentines for all of my little friends. Here are two:

There is no appropriate response to this photo other than "awwww." Just say it. Come on.

Same with this one. Although here I was, of course, referring to the game Boggle. Just can't get enough of it.

Joke!

Nothing says Valentine's Day like a good wrestling match and lie on the carpet.

I just got back from Deutschland, so I might post up some pictures of that next time I get a few spare minutes.

Tschus!

OH and hey - that applicant who dissed her best friend for having a snaggle-tooth has been making me SO self-conscious. Seriously! You guys are all supposed to be bitchy, so would someone please tell me if my own personal fang is destroying any chance I ever have of being a beautiful person?? My god just get it out there!!

Right. Thanks.
