Reasons you like/adore/love slash?: Does there have to be a reason?! Look, it's different. The ONLY Het Ship I like is HP/HG and the Canon obliterated that. I mean, I was expecting it and I don't really care because JKR is such a great author that she almost made me a HP/GW fan (only in Canon though. In Fandom I'm totally bent!).
Seriously though, I don't see anything wrong with Slash. You love who you love. I'm a fan of the 'Hate is the first sign of Love' theory and as practically all Harry's worst enemies are male... 1+1=2!
Which do you prefer the most: female slash or male slash?: Male, DEFINITELY, male (this might have something to do with the fact that I'm not... Who knows?)
What's your favourite slash pairing?: Er... Only one...? Nope, can't choose. Might as well say what's NOT my favourite pairing! Okay, let's see... I like - HP/DM,LM,SS,SB,RW,TR,RL and, recently (like, today), JP. I can't STAND any Fic where Harry's isn't the main pairing. I don't mind a SS/RL or R/Hr as long as the main focus of the Fic is HP/DM,SB,JP,etc. The only exception to this rule is 'Stealing Harry'.
I don't mind well-written Gen though.
What's your least favourite slash pairing?: Anything where it's not Harry/insert-other-male-or-Hermione. Actually I'd have to say HP/CC but since it's Slash... Hmm... HP (or SS)/AD. Nope, can't see it and it's... URGH...
What are your thoughts on incest slash?: Er... Is that if you're related...? Umm... I like HP/JP and my favourite HP/SS Fic is 'A Wizard's Song' (Hello FW/GW!). Again, 1+1=2!
What are your thoughts on chan-slash (very young child having sex with an adult)?: Again, My favourite HP/SS Fic is 'A Wizard's Song'. Age makes NO difference to me! You love who you love (where have I heard that before? Lol). I'm not aegist!
