Who's your favorite musician and why?: Johnny Cash. It's something about his voice. That deep, resounding baritone voice. When combined with the driving rhythm and of The Tennessee Two it just makes magic.
Musical genre and bands you hate and why?: There's not a whole lot I hate. I listen to the radio all time, and I can stand most music just fine. The only time I get really annoyed with songs are if they are by musicians I can't stand for reasons other then their music (Like Metallica because of Lars Ulrich). But for the stuff I hate because of the music, I really can't stand most mainstream rap, like the Ying Yang twins and other forms of watered down rhymes.

What is your opinion on...
Abortion:For it. I do feel that abortion is a something everyone needs to think very hard about. I think sex ed courses should discuss it so women and men can understand the emotional effects it can have someone, but it should still be available.
Stem Cell Research: I honestly don't know much about it. But I for because I think if it can help cure diseases it the research should be allowed.
Gay Marriage: For it. There is no legal reason to outlaw same sex marriages that does not invoke religion. The Church and the State are separated for a reason.
Drugs (alcohol, tobacco, illegal, and such): I drink. I smoke cigarettes. I think marijuana should be legalized for financial reasons. I think cocaine and heroin (and all other hard drugs excluding those that fall into the hallucinogenic realm) are horrible and should remain illegal, with the money the government could make from the legalization of marijuana they would have more then enough of a budget to fight the war against heroin and cocaine. I don't know much about the hallucinogenic world (LSD, Acid, PCP, Mushrooms and other drugs like Ecstasy) so I really can't make an informed decision.
Government in General: Corrupt and evil, but necessary.
Religion: To quote Frank Sinatra: "I'm for anything that gets you through the night, be it prayer, tranquilizers, or a bottle of Jack Daniels." I take that to mean whatever floats your boat.

Rant about something. Anything you think would be worth our while: I find the way this community going really depressing, when I joined I thought it had a great deal of promise and I now wonder what we could do to bring to where it belongs?
