this topic isn't profound - or maybe it is?
Anyway, I downloaded the video for Killers - Mr. Brightside (don't ask) and while the song seemed very familiar, the video wasn't. After searching and downloading another one I discovered that Europe and US have two different videos (The US one has the band playing, and the UK one has gogo dancers in a lot of make up). And I saw the same with the pop song These Words by Natasha Bedingfield (The European version is colourful and funny, while the American features her walking around the city with a dancing boombox)

So my question is do you think there's a justification for this? Is the US market more conservative in it's apporach or it is pure coincidence?
