Legs and Eyeliner
Couple questions about eyeliners and skin maintenance.
1) Springs coming up! Which means more shaving. (Oh joy) I've always had a problem with little bumps on the back of my thighs and around my knees so I've never braved the mini-skirt.
What can I do take care of these bumps and be mini-ready without covering up under nylons?
2) Need a new black pencil-eyeliner! My Revlon Color Stay one went on nice, but needed sharpened all the time and smudged easy.
Taking reccomendations for a change in brand.
I also got shavings in my eye everytime I sharpened. Is that a brand specific thing, do I need a new sharpener, or is it my fault for not cleaning up?
