I have a job interview tomorrow. Admittedly, it's for another position at the workplace I've been at for 2.5 years, and it's laid-back, so I'm not too worried about my appearance (they know what I look like, I figure). 1. For job interviews, it depends on where I'm working at. My interview for Google for my contracting job, I wore whatevers: jeans, shirt, cardigan, chucks, and I even had purple bettie bangs. I dressed up for Express in their pencil skirt, heels, did my hair kind of flipped out (it was blonde and short), and wore one of their button down shirts(which I found very very odd, because I'm paid more at Google). I think the traditional "don't wear loud colors" only applies to super formal companies, so as long as you look polished and not like a cat lady, I'm sure you can get away with looking more casual because they want you to look more fun and approachable.

2. These are all China Glazes: Lubu Heels, Watermelon Rind. I'm sure if you go on the china glaze site, there are charts for glitters. I have yet to get a glitter that wasn't in a nice jelly base.

3. My favorite for spring: Honestly, I wear any color during the spring except for black and brown. I think this spring I'll be going for a lot of silver, bronze, green, red, lavender, and maybe dark blue and possibly a jelly orange gradation.
