This is a dumb question and I feel rather foolish asking, but could you gals point me in the direction of eyeshadows and eyeliners that are the same blue as this:



Price is irrelevant, so both drugstore/department/specialty store recs are welcome.

This is for a halloween costume if makes a difference.
