More Halloween questions
Alright I know this isn't really a costume so much as an amped up regular outfit, but bear with me lol.

Now on to the questions:
I was thinking of finding a black mini-skirt. Would that work? If so, where do you suggest I find a cheap one? If not, what do you suggest instead?
I'm also going to do a masquerade-ish makeup mask on myself. I haven't planned it out yet, but it's most likely going to be reddish/purpleish, dark and dramatic. If that's what I end up with, what do you suggest I do with my lips? I was thinking something on the darker side, but I don't know. Bonus points if you can recommend me specific products I can get at CVS (lipsticks or whatever).
