Review and a question
Thank you for the replies to my post here. Everyone was right.. Avon had great customer service. They apologized for the missing item and sent me one the next day, no questions asked.
The reason I made the order was because I needed a new eye cream. I have had bad luck finding a new one lately. I bought two that burned my eyes really bad. This one was horrible. (Boots Botanics Moisturizing Eye Cream) It burned and irritated my eyes so badly. After that I tried this (Claudia Stevens Total Eye Skin Hydration) and eep, more burning! Not as bad as the Boots Botanics but enough to make me continue the search. I have a sample of Hope In A Tube. It didn't burn my eyes but it also didn't do anything for me. I didn't feel it moisturized at all and I wasn't very fond of the texture.
It's too early to tell if the ANEW Clinical eye lift is doing anything for my dark circles or puffy eye lids but so far, I love it. It doesn't irritate my eyes and it moisturizes really well. I would recommend it to someone who is searching for a new eye cream.
So now, I am looking for a new moisturizer. Currently I use this. (Boots Botanics Face Renewal Cream) I am almost finished with it and don't plan to repurchase. I don't hate it but I don't love it. It feels too greasy on my face. I would like to find a moisturizer that doesn't feel heavy after I apply it...
Has anyone ever tried a moisturizer from Avon? Maybe something from the ANEW line, since I love the eye cream so much?
I went to Target last night and picked up Clean Mary Cleansing Milk, by Soap & Glory. I have only used it once so far but I love love love it. I have really dry skin and my face felt soo smooth and NOT DRY AT ALL after I used it. My skin even seemed brighter, more alive after washing. But then again, I am in love with the entire Soap & Glory line. Have you tried the Righteous Butter? It smells amazing!
