I don't know about diet, but Dr. Bronner's Liquid Tea Tree Oil Hemp Castile Soap (that's a mouthful) helps me with my body when used as a bodywash

What is your diet like currently?

Um, I'm not sure actually. I used to eat a lot of junk on the regular basis because it was easy to get, and I didn't know how to cook. I also drank a lot of soda and juice. Now, though, I think it's getting better. I haven't really eaten candy (at least compared to before) and my grandmother is teaching me how to cook, so I'm starting to eat a lot healthier. I've also been drinking a lot of tea to wean myself from soda and I've been trying to drink more water. Though it's mostly bottled since our ice/water machine is broken.

Just so you know, whether you drink bottled water or tap probably isn't going to make a difference- if your tap water is safe enough to drink, it's basically the same as bottled. Water is water and make sure to drink plenty of it :)

Drinking plenty of water helps your skin, but it can only do so much. I do have to say though, my acne used to be worse when I drank almost no water.

take a complete multivitamin and an omega-3 fish oil capsule every day. but out caffeine, excess sugars and white starches. drink plenty of water (or tea if you absolutely must get your daily caffeine fix). exercise 30min 2x/week.

all of this will improve your overall health in general, but i've noticed that it's helped with my skin as well.

In addition to a healthy diet filled with fruits and veggies, try the 30 Day Beauty Secret by Futurebiotics. This is basically just a specific blend of vitamins that promotes healthy skin, hair, and nails.

Try kicking dairy. It's a common cause.
