Where to Find: Pleated Skirt w/ Pockets

I've recently developed a new obsession for skirts and dresses with pockets. I found this amazing skirt on ModCloth, but 1) I think $40 is pricey and 2) it doesn't have pockets. So if anyone can point me in the direction of an online store (that ships to Canada) that would have a cheaper version of this skirt with pockets, please let me know? Also, $40 might be a good price for a skirt like this, so if it is, knock some sense into my cheap a$$.
